Admission Application Form
Admission to B.Sc. (Nursing) at Jainee College of Nursing is made through the Tamil Nadu Government counselling – our Counselling Code is 229 – and for the management quota directly at the college. All courses are offered at the Government fixed fee; no donation is received.
Application for Admission
“Submit Application” opens your e-mail app with the form filled in, addressed to [email protected]. Please attach scanned copies of your mark sheets and certificates to that e-mail (this is the “upload application” step), or bring the printed form to the college office.
Documents to bring at admission
- 10th and 12th (Higher Secondary) mark sheets and pass certificate
- Transfer certificate and conduct certificate from the institution last studied
- Community certificate and nativity certificate
- Medical fitness certificate from an authorised medical officer
- First graduate / scholarship certificates, if applicable
- Recent passport-size photographs and Aadhaar card copy
